This hoover/mop is so good, the reviews seemed almost too good to be true but I have had it 24hrs and am obsessed with it for mopping and hoovering and it just makes my life so much easier. My kids throw all their honey loops and milk on the floor and i summon this hoover/mop and it disappears whilst i change them out their milk covered clothes, so good

Was easy to set up and was pretty shocked how much it picked up.Have it on schedule to clean dining room and kitchen each night and when I want to do other floors I just change map and take it upstairs.Had a query and the team got back to me very quickly each time and were really helpful.Generally impressed all round.

I haven't had a chance to use this in my entire apartment yet because I just moved and there are boxes everywhere, but I did get the chance to unpack the kitchen and try it there. And I mean the floor was filthy from everyone walking through in their boots, but this vacuum both washed and vacuumed the floor really well!I am very impressed so far, and I will update my review as I let this robot vacuum run in more rooms.

I can tell it’s a high quality robot vacuum that I have it so far. It has strong suction power and go smoothly. The brush is slowly moving to collect dusts. I had couple cheapest robot vacuums with lower suction power. Their brush was swiftly. Most of dusts were spread everywhere while the robot vacuum was in process. This robot vacuum works faster, clean, remove all sort of dirts, easy to handle etc. It does a great job with corners as well. It’s also able to work on different types of floor. I use it for hardwood and tile floor. I don’t see any problems at all. However, I have no comment on the carpet because I don’t have carpet rooms. The important thing is cost effective and time saving so it’s worth to buy. It goes completely to entire house and clean just one time I can see the big difference. I actually use it daily it saves me a lot of time. I can pre-set the certain time and location to clean. It’s convenient when I am not at home. There is no exctuse for me not to clean up the floor. This is a great robot vacuum.

It's got some bugs but Robot and I are learning. I don't know yet if it would be worth the price but I'm still learning to use it and it still is learning the rooms in the house. It's pretty cool though and fun to watch and hear talk! It vacuums pretty well but of course doesn't hold much before you have to empty the filter. But as long as I don't have to vacuum or mop! I hope my review is helpful.

I am still working to train this guy so he can do more than the kitchen floor, I need to take the time, it is not his fault. The transition from room to room is easy, it is just my house and furniture arrangements. With a railroad, roadways, feeder roads, collector roads and a major interstate nearby there is plenty of dust for this guy to collect. He does it well in the kitchen, will update you when I teach him to go to the living room.

Love the robot, however it only ships with 1 mop pad. I can’t find replacement pads for this unit. I have 2 labs and they make a mess at the water bowl along with dog hair and tracking in grass from the yard so I have this scheduled to run every other day. It works very well and I would love to keep the unit, but if I can’t get replacement mop pads or filters and brushes for it I will return it.I purchased some pads that were dimensionally correct but turns out they are too thick and cause traction problems. I emailed the manufacturer (China) so hopefully they respond before the return window closes. If not I will have to return and try another brand which is unfortunate as I am otherwise very happy with the system.I only gave 4 stars since locating replacement parts is not fun.UPDATE: Customer Service was very responsive and is sending me (2) replacement mop pads. They also stated they are launching a 360 S8 Accessory pack in May 2022 with replacements parts such as mop pads, side & main brushes, and filter. So happy since I really love my S8 robot!! I have also updated the rating to a 5 star!

Just received yesterday. Nicknamed mine “Mr. Clean” and I really like it! On standard suction it really isn’t loud, even MAX suction isn’t just that humming sound is more noticeable. I was cleaning my tile floors daily as a mom with 3 kids running around even after I swept it’s unreal what it picked up behind me. I have a 4bed 3bath 2300sqft house and only have it set to clean my kitchen, dining room and living room (it’s all one big room) and when it’s finished an hour and a half later it’s 30/100% charge so that sucks but mopping does a good job, my floors just feel better, worth the price to me! Oh and it’s always said “Cleaning makes me happy!” when you turn it on so that’s pretty cute too!

The robot vacuum that does it all. Works great on all surfaces. Mopping function work really well. The 360robot app is simple to use. Customer service team is very helpful if you have any enquiries and respond quickly. I have recommended vacuum to my friends and family.

I'm still having fun learning this sweeper mop. Navigation can use some work but it cleans up very well. It's good at recognizing large low objects but struggles to maneuver around small items.Could be user error so I'm still ranking it high. Battery gives me 2 runs thru my 3500 sq ft home.. Great buy.
Sunny
for what it's selling for it works well. I had a Roomba which was better but for the price difference id probably prefer this although the suction and battery life is worse on this. But it has the added mop feature which isn't too bad.

Love love love!!!!!! Suction is amazing, cleaning and getting over transitioning flooring is great!! The kids love to watch her. She cleans every part of the house I tell her to on the app. Best app to use!!! So easy and quick. I recommend this product to everyone!!!!

Great vacuum/mop for daily maintenance. The app is easy to use and well thought out. You can set areas you don’t want the vacuum to go in. You can schedule cleaning, change suction, track your map, find your vacuum if it is stuck, etc. This vacuum is intuitive and does a great job finding the most efficient cleaning path over time.
iChill
Great vacuum but no available maintenance parts online. You will have to message the company directly if you need maintenance parts.
Kelly Rye
Great self cleaning vacuum for routine small jobs.. works great but unfortunately couldn’t get it to connect to Bluetooth.. luckily still works!! It’s definitely handy to not need to vacuum manually all the time! Easy set up too!

I am very happy with the product 360 S8 robot. The photos/videos uploaded are on 1st use of the robot.- I am impressed with the ease of setting up this device.- The cleaning it did can be seen in ome of the photos. It awesome. The amount of dust, hairs, rubbish it sucked during 1st use across the house(flat of approx. usable floor space of 500sq.ft,) it includes carpets and wooden and tiled floors.- The robot in its first activation will go around house and create a map/floor plan so that it understands the layout and can effectively go to specific roomsif asked to.- Every cleaning gets recorded in the app and it shows the route it took to go around the house.- The device is a bit big n size than what I expected. It should not matter really.- The packing it came in was very good and safe. It was packed inside 3 boxes.impressive.I read a lot of reciews and online videos on all possible other brands before buying this. When I bought this model the reviews count was 56, mine would be 57th I guess. Tho the reviews were less , the rating was impressive and the reviews given by other users looked sane and real.I have not used the mop feature yet. I may update the review later once mop is used. Before buying this robot I used to clean house using handheld vaccum and it was so tiring, bending all the way through out the house glued to the vaccum. The amount of cleanliness I used to do, is almost the same 350 S8 robot did. The robot impressively climbed and passes by the bumps in door entrances, carpets, cables, below dining tables, around chairs. The brush on the side moves all the dust, bit and peaces and the robot sucks it.Overall I am impressed with the smart robot. I am going to read thro all possible features use it to make my house cleaner. The 5 stars are for day 1 usage and impressive results. I hope it will maintain the standard for months to come.(I bought it for £279 and while writing the review the price has already rised to £349!)

So far this little thing works great.I got an IRobot for my girlfriend for Christmas and 3 weeks later it kept giving us the same error code, it got to the point it would go 2 inches and stop. I returned that and got the S8. Way better! It's quiet and got our place done in about 45 minutes with plenty of battery life to spare. I had problems connecting to wifi but I was the problem, being in a hurry I missed the password for the wifi connection. I haven't tried the mopping yet, I'll get the no go zones set up and try that next. I'll update if I have a problem.

I couldn’t love this robot vacuum any more! It’s so amazing.I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to learn to use and set up.It does take a bit and the instruction booklet it comes with is limited. When you download the app - all is revealed there and it’s very detailed and viola - it’s so easy to use.Great price and really does a good job. We have it set to mop and vacuum once a day at the same time. It just does it’s thing. It maps out your house with its laser eye thingy (the first few times) - and learns about where to go. You can also set it up for ‘no go zones’ and to only mop in certain areas (kitchen, bathrooms etc) and vacuum only in certain areas - however you want to set it up. It can be changed each time or left on the same settings for daily. If it gets stuck, it tells you it’s stuck. Yes it speaks. There are three options for ‘power’ from standard to powerful. The powerful setting uses up the battery faster. When it gets too low to continue it will tell you it has to go charge and goes to its charger itself. The mopping is pretty good - and barely uses water and dries quickly. It won’t take the place of your mopping forever - as you will still have to spot clean and deep clean. It’s so nice to have it swept and mopped daily though and really makes a difference. We add a bit of cleaner into the water and it does a decent job. You do have to empty/fill etc. The water lasts a while though. At least a few days depending on the area size of course. It’s fairly quiet but does increase in sound the higher and more powerful setting it is on.One thing I do wish is that the dust container was bigger and could hold more. I have to empty it a few times during a full house vacuum. I do have a dog and a cat so we have a lot of hair. It’s also gotten less full every day as every day cleaning makes it easier to do and less to pick up.Love love love love this. It’s a dream!I’m thrilled and highly recommend -This is some bang for your buck!

This was so easy to program. Works wonderfully. Mapped my whole house in less than 10 minutes. Alexa only works to turn it on though. That really isn't an issue since it can be set on a regular schedule. Always clean floors are wonderful!
Sam
Good navigation & app controls. Ideal for solid surfaces with its simultaneous vacuum and mop functionality. Acceptable battery life.

We had a robotic vacuum in 2016 and it was nothing compared to this! It is so easy to set up in the app and in the house. No problems pairing with Alexa and Google either. We use the vacuum downstairs and upstairs on one charge and it does the whole house without dying. The mop feature is great for our hardwood floors. It's nice and quiet while cleaning on the standard setting. In the app you can set no go zones which is great for our metal floor grates and some of our rag rugs. We haven't had to help this vacuum over or out of anything, it does it all without problems and let me tell you we have 2 kids so there are tons of obstacles to get over and avoid.

This thing is suprisingly good and quiet. It's smart to map the room/house and cleans well. It will occasionally get stuck and request assistance in getting unstuck.

cleans and mops well.

Very reliable device. Memorizes house plan. Allows you to manipulate the map to create convenient areas to clean and mop. Noise level is adjustable and comfortable. Vacuum and mop compartments relatively small but sufficient for all day to day activities. Having the dust bin and water bin integrated is very useful. Very pleased with this purchase.

I have found my soulmate in this beautiful white saucer-shaped cutie pie.It mapped my whole place and never misses a spot when cleaning. Very easy to use app that’s responsive (was worried it didn’t come with a separate remote but this is a non-issue). It’s powerful enough for my hardwood floors and while it may have to take a break when it’s going it’s hardest (2x cleaning, max suction), it gets the job done beautifully. Can’t wait to marry it and throw my ex (a dumb eufy without mapping that just randomly went where ever it wanted and never really cleaned anything well - AND cost more than this) off a cliff.

I purchased the 360 S8 to help my wife who is OCD about clean our home's floors. We recently adopted a puppy which, with the constant in and out for potty breaks, has increased the amount of dirt, etc. trafficked in from outside. Setting it up was a breeze. The app interface is very intuitive and doesn't take a rocket scientist to get it setup. We had a hiccup on the first mapping run (due to our own fault) as it got tangled in a power cord. Make sure you do a good pickup of your home before you run for the first time to do its mapping. Once we ensured everything else was out of the way it mapped our entire downstairs in 2 runs. Running on the higher suction settings definitely eats into the vacuum's battery but that is expected. It cleaned up our mixed wood floor in the kitchen/dining room and in our carpeted living room. It does not get hung up on floor mats or area carpets. The mapping split the rooms into different sections. It didn't do them the way the rooms are actually laid out, however after mapping it will allow you to portion off your rooms however you see fit, including separating a room in two if need be. We have not opted to use the mopping feature yet.Only Negative I saw was that instead of picking up a piece of rice from the floor the sweeper arm kept on batting it out of the way. The science isn't perfect, but it does a pretty darn good job.Overall we are very impressed and are hoping it will make a dent in our constant need for sweeping up our kid's and puppy's mess.Updated 3/30 - The vacuum is still going strong after more than a month of use. However, I have been looking for replacement filters and brushes and can't seem to find them anywhere. So that is going to be an issue with owning this vacuum.Update 4/5 - I ended up contacting Customer Support about spare parts and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I was advised that there is expected to be a parts package roll out sometime in May 2022. Just the speed of their response was heads and tails above the competition.

This is one of the most amazing purchases/gifts I have ever received. I have a fairly large house with wood floors and the robot literally saves me hours each week. I have and old roomba and in comparison, this robot vacuum has come a long way in terms of technology. It gets all the nooks & crannies, is quiet, doesn't suck up cords/rugs, and all around does an outstanding job. I truly feel like I'm living in the future.
pam
Like it over all. It vacuumed carpet nicely. And will be fine for simple cleaning. I have a child, so have to dampen Set in spills before mopping.

I highly recommend the 360 S8 Robot Vacuum and Mop.Pros:- Excellent price for the functionalities you get.- Easy to set up “No go zones” and “No mopping zones”.- Multi-floor management.- Anti-collision functionality to protect baseboard against scuff marks.- Great performance on hardwood/tile floor, alright(not great) in low pile carpets.- Ability to set up cleaning schedules, and no disturb mode.- Selective Room/Zone Cleaning.- Excellent customer support, and 1 year warranty, which they honor. I also have a 360 s7 Pro, and after 8 months of use it started to getting stuck everywhere. I sent an email to them, they answered back pretty quick, and sent me a label to send my old vacuum. Then, they sent me a new one after 3 weeks.- Water tank with 3 flow levels you can pick based on your floor type.- Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant.Cons:- Mopping needs improvement- Battery life is not great for big houses.

I robot is really very smart, mapping function works perfectly, it doesn't get stuck, You can choose the cleaning area, divide the rooms, choose different language packages, schedule cleaning, it is very quiet, the mobile app is very detailed. You can watch the cleaning route after the cleaning as a video, 3d map is also fantastic.

Great robot vacuum cleaner. It was really easy to set up. I tried to use it without the app and it works even without the app, however you need to download an app to control the vacuum cleaner. It’s works really well, great at picking up hair.I have 3 children one of them is a baby and this machine is really handy. I would definitely recommend it especially if you have a baby, or toddler. It makes things a lot easier and you get to spend more time with your baby.As I mentioned it it cleans really well, however I still need to use my regular vacuum, as the robot vacuum can’t get everywhere.
Bella
The suction power is good to clean small pieces household rubbish and cat litters my cat brought out of the litter box. The noise is not as loud as my other vacuum at home so I can use it without the thought of bothering neighbors living next door. About 90 minutes for the battery life is more than enough for a cleaning session of my entire floor without having to charge the robot in between. I was amazed when I see the map of the floor after first clean session and after that I can customize each cleaning session by selecting different area and vacuum power. I think it's also important to mention that setting up the robot and navigating the app is very easy and straight forward. Overall a great product to add to the house.

Overall, I was impressed with the ability to completely control what the robot is doing, and where and how it is cleaning. There are many options in the app, most of which I used at one point or another in the house. You can create cleaning plan and schedules. The no go zones, are essential, and the bot will ask to create one if it gets stuck in a certain area. You can clean by room, divide and merge areas. Functionally, the mobility is very good, as It goes from tile to rug with no problem. Suction is adjustable. There are several power and cleaning options, which I found very useful. There is a snap on plate that holds the mop, and I put that on top of the bot when not in use to keep it handy. The only con I have is that it is not quiet, even in quiet mode, and it clicks when moving across grout. My last vac/mop was "dumb", but quieter. I uploaded a pic of the Toolbox option in the app to show the variety of functions.
Phantom
Initially i was wondering if it will be worth and will be cleaning well. It surprised me. It works perfectly. Very easy to use and very convenient. It can vacuum and mop both and together as well at the same time.It very intelligent. It navigates and build a map of home. Suction poser is superb with max of 2700 pa. You can adjust as per your need.Over all very useful and convenient. Value for money.

I was surprised by how good looking this is after unboxing. I feel the material and parts of this vacuum cleaner are very high quality and truly worth the price tag.Setting up of this vacuum cleaner takes no more than 5 minutes. All I did was downloaded the app to my phone and followed the onscreen instructions which was simple and quick.Having the older version of robot vacuum cleaner which bumps and turns, I really like how this cleaner uses 3D mapping, it just eliminates all the bumping noises and no more paint chipping of table legs or skirting boards, truly innovative and effective. You may store quite a few maps say one map for each floor, therefore one machine can do multiple floors. This cleaner is not particularly noisy even in modern vacuum cleaner standards. The 'quiet mode' does make a difference and the noise level is similar to a small handheld vacuum cleaner. In terms of performance, the suction is decent for robot vacuum cleaner but no comparison to proper handheld sticks. You may need to empty the dust bin a few times for each run depending on how big and how dirty your floor is.My house is fully carpeted with mats in the kitchen and toilets, and this does go over it with ease without the need for mopping. I, nonetheless, tested the mopping in a small area, it does leave a damp floor as it is only one wiping action as it progresses, so you need to be careful of slippery floors and it does not wipe up any stains that is half-stubborn.Charging is simple, just have to call it back on the app for recharge and it will go back to the dock. It claims to do around 2 hours of cleaning in one charge (or around 8000sq ft), which is plenty for most houses even with multiple floors.I feel that I have absolutely no reason not to give this product a five star. I am not a tech lady but I do have an older version robot, this is by far the easiest to use and performs brilliantly. If I had to mention one drawback, then it would be the number of perishable parts (filter, mop cloth, side brush, roller brush) that can be quite expensive to replace if you only want authentic parts. There is however some aftermarket options on Amazon that are quite affordable.

This thing amazed me in many ways.Set up the charger, connect it up and the first 'oh my gosh' is the cleaner starts to talk to you. It requested that I connected it to my wifi. So I downloaded the 360Robot app, which found the cleaner immediately (none of the usual faffing here) put in the wifi password and it was ready to go. It also told me what it was doing, if there were any problems, etc.It has laser LiDar scanning to draw a map of your house (and remember it for future reference), collision sensors, cliff sensors (to stop it driving over balconies, down stairs, etc). The first time you use it, it navigates around the perimeters of the rooms to draw a 3D map. Once done it zigzags up and down all areas and then returns to its charger. The next amazement was the amount of lint, fluff, hairs that it picked up on a short tour of the upstairs. I had vacuumed with a powerful Miele cleaner the other day. This thing went over the carpets in two rooms and the dust bucket was full of dust, hairs, etc.The accurate 3D map it had managed to draw of our upstairs area in just 20 minutes was also breathtaking. It even maps table and chair legs completely accurately. It also doesn't just accept there is a barrier in its way (eg it might have been a pet that has moved) so it explores awkward areas by returning to them, circling and investigating like robotic Sherlock Holmes or a suspicious sniffer dog.On its journey around the upstairs it also rode over furniture legs (I thought it was going to get stuck, but it just reversed off of them). Downstairs it navigated in, around and between table and chair legs and though occasionally it looked like it was blundering around a bit, not once did it get stuck. Once it was done gently bumping around it calmly rotated and drove out between the narrowest of gaps.On normal mode it is whisper quiet and when it had finished, it amazed me by managing to return exactly to its charger, and lowered itself onto the contacts and told me 'charging'!The app lets you load different maps (for different areas/floors), set no-go zones (eg around pot plants, or piles of wires which would otherwise get sucked up and tangled up in the cleaner) and set up various other options and settings. Via the app the cleaner will send notifications to your phone telling you what it is up to, or if there is a problem of any kind (eg the dirt tray not being engaged properly). I had to switch these off though as these became 'sticky' notifications that could not be dismissed by swiping (nor deleting/accepting in the app).It has a water container and a 'mop' attachment for cleaning of hard floors too though I have not tried that yet as it's not clear in the manuals what you are supposed to do to prepare for this (see below).Having spent a couple of hours being wowed by this device and following it round the house to see what it was up to, I was disappointed by the lack of information about how to actually use it. There are two manuals in the box - one is really a 'get you started' manual with a diagram of all the components and the other is 'get connected'. But the app has multiple settings (eg 'Sweep', 'Standard', 'Mop') without the documentation telling you anything about the modes. For the 'mop' mode there is nothing about whether you are supposed to add detergent to the water or whether you have to manually restrict it to hard floors. The cleaner managed to make 3 maps from my top floor, but it was not clear to me why it needed to make 3 nor the consequences of deleting maps. It colour codes the rooms too - I guess one colour is for 'hard surface' other for 'carpet'. But my upstairs has 4 different colours (3 colours for one continous carpet so I don't think it is pile depth). So I have run out of guesses about the colour codes. It could also do with step-by-step instructions on how to set it up for upstairs and downstairs use - are you supposed to bring the charger or not? You can edit room names, but when you do that on one screen, they do not appear on other screens (well not in the way I am doing it). You are left to work it all out for yourself really. There is a link to the 'tutorial video' in the app but it leads to a blank page (apparently they are working on that). Having developed what is truly a sci-fi level device, it is disappointing that the supporting materials (via website, videos, manuals) are, in my view, very incomplete. That said, I contacted the seller with some initial questions and they responded fully with photos within 24 hours. So top marks for support and help.Note that the dust 'bin' needs to be opened to empty the dust (ie it is not a 'bagged' cleaner). So do that outside on a still day else the fine dust will just be spread over the room again. Ignore the diagram instructions to open the rubber stopper before returning the dust tray. It must be kept closed as it seals the water tank. Also note, don't leave trailing wires, straps, strings, ribbons or the like in an area the cleaner can access as these will just get tangled up in the device. The cleaner comes with cleaning brush which has a hair cutter at one end. This vacuum cleaner has a roller so long hairs will get rolled up around it so need cutting to remove easily. This little tool makes that task a breeze.Battery life - it did the whole of my downstairs area (lounge, dining room, hall, kitchen) and still had 75% charge remaining, so unless you have a mansion, there will be no returning to base with the job half done.Does it completely replace your old-fashioned vacuum cleaner? No, not entirely, because it can't vacuum shelves, stairs, nooks and crannies, inside your PC, etc. It's not that good at the tight corners and edges though too (because it is circular in shape). That said it can do the main floor areas vacuuming and mopping while you get on with the more fiddly stuff (or while you just put your feet up with a cup of tea uttering encouragement from time to time). It can connect to Alexa/Google. So once set up, you can say 'alexa start the vacuum cleaner'. I haven't tried that because my laziness hasn't quite reached that threshold yet (you can start it in the app, or by pressing a button on it) but I know my mother (who is 86) does do this for her similar device.Overall then an amazing futuristic device that is both fascinating (how does it know where it is?!), effective (fills the dust tray every time) and of course labour-saving let down slightly by the lack of documentation. If you can afford it though, you won't regret buying it.

Used it twice this week. Once with mop and once without. It did a pretty remarkable job of vacuuming. I want to try the mop again before I give it a rating. It seemed like it did a good job.

This was difficult for me at first getting used to, but i quickly got the hang of it.It's perfect for my needs and that's cleaning up dog hair, it's great for that! The suction power is surprisingly powerful. The design is sleek and feels robust, it's already had a few knocks and bangs and it's powering through.I am very impressed. The price tag is high but this is built to last and i can see this cleaning my home for the foreseeable future.Pug hair be gone! :)

Overall good. I have 6 cats at home and this cleaning robot can help me clean up the cat furs on the wood floor very well.

So just a heads up for anybody that has the same issue as I did where your vacuum will start screeching across their floor it will be the rubbers blade on the brush Bogard what you were just need to do is take it off heat up your iron play say rag on top of it and iron it and it will help bend that plastic piece back in the noise is gone

I have been wanting a vacuum robot with mopping function for a while. My old vacuum robot was a very decent one but without mopping and needs constant charging.Packaging is very neat and secure. No excessive plastics or paper so very environmental friendly.Design is sleek and unique. It has a glossy white finish and two buttons on top, whereas most products on the market are in black. It is indeed very clever design to have a compact yet separate dust compartment and water tank, as you can see in the photos. The mop is easy to assemble or remove for cleaning. The decent-sized dust bin is easy to clean. The mapping function is fantastic as it save you the trouble of putting toys, mats, or cushions away, or buying physical barriers to prevent the robot from getting stuck. But you will need to configure the device and the App first - very straightforward and not complicated at all. The App is well designed and it’s the one hub for all you need, e.g. manuals, functions, maps, etc. Battery percentage is shown in the App, as well as the status of all the parts on the robot. So it’s easy to know if any of them needing replacement.Accessories come with an additional brush, a two-in-one brush cleaner/hair cutter, and several adaptor head. It would be useful if you ever would relocate to another country. I was surprised to find that it doesn’t have a remote. Then I realised it won’t be necessary as it can be conveniently controlled from your smartphone in the App. It is really handy as I can say goodbye to buying button batteries for remote and trying to locate the remote! However I would suggest use the on/off button to pause while cleaning as I found using the app to pause could take a minute for the robot to respond. I would also like a ‘return to home’ control too as sometimes I found myself in the middle of something and had to stop the cleaning. In this case I would very much like to robot return to the charging dock by itself :PPerformance meets my expectations. It does pick up a quite larger amount of cat hair in my apartment. Mopping function is sufficient for daily usage. I only need to take care of stubborn stains manually now. I’ve also noticed that it’s also picking up debris while mopping my kitchen floor. It’s very cute that it’s designed with “I love cleaning” voice prompt.I have been using it for over a week in my new place and will continue let it map my place so I can have a better manoeuvre. Hope the review could be helpful for others.

I've been aware of these robot cleaners for years and was thrilled to be able to review one. The brand isn't known to me but the product is definitely impressive. It is really easy to put together, there is basically nothing to assemble. You plug in the charging dock, put the cleaner on it and wait for it to charge. You can use the product manually using the buttons on the machine itself but to get the full range of functions you must install an app (something I must admit I hate doing!) I was pleased to find the app is straightforward and the things you can do with it are mind-boggling and includes: start/stop, allocating no-go zones, viewing 2D and 3D maps of the rooms the device has cleaned... it's just amazing. The one big negative (the only one I've found) is that the machine cant go down even the smallest step, so really for the device to work as intended (the machine leaves the dock at a set time, vacs, and or cleans and returns to the dock), you'd need to live in a flat or bungalow. I really love the little messages the device says 'cleaning makes me happy' and 'i'm stuck!' The app allows you to leave the device and you get updates on your phone if there's an issue, if the cleaning is done etc. Really cool.I must admit, I haven't tried out the cleaning mode (you simply attach a microfibre-type pad to the bottom and a water tank wets it) as I like to steam mop. I'm only going to use this to vacuum and I can tell you that it does an amazing job, I've been stunned by the amount of stuff it has removed from my floors.I can see this product roaming my floors for some time!

Ran both this (S8) and the S5 in my home to test to make sure these vacs would be fit for giving to my 91 yr old grandfather. Ran both units in what I would call an obstacle course of a home that another lesser 'smart' vac had failed in.This ran on high pile carpet, tile, slippy bathmats, floppy rugs and general clutter. Never did the machine get stuck or lost in my home setting. Its obstacle avoidance seemed great. I tested it with some discarded laundry and didn't seem to run into issues. The vac was able to roam even in the bathroom with the bathmats that I KNEW would slip some and it never lost its bearing or got stuck. The blocking zones and invisible walls work well, no sign of violation of their spaces in the time I have been running it.App works, has language packs for the vac recorded in Spanish, Korean, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and English. Its semi verbose the device alerts when it starts, stops, charges, needs to charge, done charging, when the dustbin is removed/replaced and presumably something if it gets stuck. It would be nice if the speaker for the voice could be louder but thats a minor gripe. The Map part of the app works well, you can divide it into rooms and set what power you want in each room as well as ordered cleaning. There is options for creating scheduled cleaning sweeps for both the whole house and for rooms. There is wizardy in the options for multistory buildings but that has not been relevant for me yet and I'm not sure its something I would even want to mess with. App has a function to find the robot and control it in RC mode and move it remotely (the vac can run in this mode but it is heckin hard to steer)Its battery life is somewhat lacking but better than the s5 with it managing for 40-50 minutes on the standard-powerful suction cycle. takes a bit to charge but that's fine. When doing tasks it will run itself down to 20% and then charge itself to 80% before resuming which is nice as that's good for the device battery health. The upside is that the device does an excellent job of returning to charge, and going back where it left off when it finishes charging.Dustbin is simple to remove and easy to empty. Doesn't look like it will have 'leakage' issues there is some kind of rubber or silicone around the seal to open and close the dustbin to empty it. Dustbin does have a small Hepa filter in it though I cant tell you if it is effective or not..Device has a smart and simple to remove rotary brush the can be cleaned of any picked of hair with ease. it really seems as though the device was built understanding that hair will inevitably get into places and that it should be easy to maintain.Sadly I have not tested the mop portion of the machine, I currently do not live in a space where i could justify using a mop since more than 80% of the space is carpeted. If I ever move somewhere with mopping needs this will get updated. The device has been fantastic overall. The only gripe I would say I have overall is that the docking station is a bit lightweight and can be knocked and moved some by the machine atleast while it is on carpet. I might look later into sticking some weight inside it so that the vac doesnt slowly move the dock out of the planned location.

Automatically clean rooms and draw the floor map, and then it returned to charge. Amazing product and app!

I’m very satisfied with the product as it is exactly the same as the one introduced. I have used it for several times. It can sweep and mop the floor at the same time. That's the amazing part. Also, the equipment is easy to operate. The functions are simple and practical. Strong suction, low noise, and the floor feels clean after use!
