Warranty Policy

AUSTRALIA LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured, sold or certified by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd which were purchased and used in Australia.

The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase of the product(s). This warranty extends to you if you are the end-user purchaser with the original purchase receipt.

The benefits provided under this limited warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under Australian law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

During the Limited Warranty period 360 International Trading Pty Ltd will repair or replace, at its option, products that manifest defects in material or workmanship. To request warranty service within Australia you need to send an email to

service@360smartlife.com.au to apply for a case number first; you can then return the faulty product to the reseller from which you purchased it.

You will be responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation- related expenses incurred in claiming the warranty from 360 International Trading Pty Ltd.

If you return out-of-warranty products or products under warranty that are determined not to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for all return- shipping and other transportation-related expenses.

What is not covered?

1.Change of mind
2.Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use
3.Fair wear and tear and cosmetic damage
4.Failure to follow operating, handling, storage and installation instructions
5.Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident
6.Power surges, connections to improper voltage supply
7.Unauthorized maintenance, repair, disassembly or modification
8.Products purchased from unauthorized dealers
9.Use of the Product in conjunction with any device or firmware not approved by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd or any telecommunications network; and Spillages of food or liquid, software viruses, fire or acts of God
10.If the product identification and/or serial numbers on the Product have been defaced, altered or removed
11.Repair or replacement of consumables, if any
12.Any third-party hardware or firmware
13.Any other cause which is not related to a product defect.

To the extent permitted by Law 360 International Trading Pty Ltd is not liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
